Tracy brings her own expertise and love for animals, making sure every part of the shop—from product selection to customer care—is designed with your pet’s well-being in mind. Together, they’re on a mission to provide every dog with the healthy, tail-wag-worthy food they deserve. Meet Luna, our Chief Taster and Product Tester Extraordinaire! With a nose for quality and a stomach for… well, everything, Luna takes her job very seriously (unless there's a squirrel outside). Her responsibilities include thorough taste testing, product durability analysis (can it survive a good chew?), and daily naps to keep her at peak performance. When she's not "working," you’ll find her napping on the job, chasing her tail for "inspiration," or giving customers her patented puppy-dog eyes to secure extra treats. Thanks to Luna, you can trust that every item in our shop is dog-approved and drool-worthy! 🐾

Meet Autumn, our newest (and possibly naughtiest) team member! As the official Shop Scamp, she brings energy, chaos, and a good bit of entertainment to every shift. While her job title says "Helper," Autumn’s real specialties include chasing leaves, stealing socks, and knocking over product displays with pure puppy enthusiasm. When she’s not “reorganizing” the shop, she’s usually sneaking treats or napping on the job. Helpful? Not exactly. Adorable? Absolutely! Stop by and say hi—just don’t expect her to do any actual work.
